Didi De Zwarte, Registered Dietitian

Didi is a Dublin-based Registered Dietitian. She has a passion to help you find balance in your diet by focusing on the energy, nutrition and psychological aspects of eating. Alongside her virtual clinic, she continues to work clinically as a senior dietitian in a large acute Dublin teaching hospital.

She offers an online private dietitian clinic to help you tackle nutrition challenges such as:

Laura Vincent, Registered Dietitian

Laura is a Registered Dietitian with a special interest in women’s health throughout the life cycle. Laura maintains a strong focus on fertility, pregnancy and postnatal nutrition. She also works with women with various hormonal concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, and gut health concerns such as irritable bowel syndrome.
She has over 10 years of experience as a dietitian, and being a mum herself, she knows first-hand that each woman is unique and how emotional the journey can be. Her approach is about taking the time to listen, to get to know you and to understand your specific needs and health goals. She will work with you on a practical, personalised program to empower, guide and support you to live your best life through optimal nutrition and lifestyle.

Penny Vlachou, RD, MSc, PGCert 

Penny has been an HCPC registered Dietitian for 9 years and has extensive experience in a range of clinical areas. She currently works in a Specialist Eating disorders hospital, as well as with a Specialist team for supporting clients with managing Diabetes and Weight loss.


Penny can offer dietary and lifestyle input for:

  • Weight management

  • Nutrition for Sports and Exercise

  • Disordered eating

  • Eating well under a busy lifestyle

  • Chronic Disease management and Prevention (e.g. Heart Disease, Type 2 Diabetes)

Rania Salman, Registered Dietitian 

Rania Salman is a trained dietitian who uses an evidence-based approach to support you in reaching your goals. She has worked in some of the most well-known NHS trusts, in addition to working for the private sector.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Diabetes (type 2 and gestational)

Katherine Kimber, Registered Dietitian

If you’re done with diets and want to build a healthy relationship with food, body image and movement, then personalised one to one coaching with Katherine is right for you.

Katherine Kimber is an HCPC Registered Dietitian on a mission to set you free from dieting and confusing nutrition information. She has completed an extensive amount of formal education and training with a first-class degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College London, and a distinction in her Masters in Clinical Research. She has an NHS background and is highly experienced in providing motivational support, holding a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming. She is clinically trained to support you manage medical conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Insulin Resistance/Type 2 Diabetes, Disordered Eating and Sports Nutrition.

Katherine uses an evidenced-based non-diet framework called Intuitive Eating to help you move through your eating problems, so you can find food freedom and improved health. She will introduce you to newer and kinder ways of thinking and caring for your body.

Mei Wan, Registered Dietitian 

Mei is an HCPC Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. Mei's passion to help people understand the root cause(s) of their health problems stemmed from transforming her own medical issues so she is very familiar with the challenges too when it comes to making (lifestyle) changes! 

She offers bespoke advice to facilitate weight loss, how to cultivate a compassion-based relationship with food, as well as provides the latest evidence-based techniques to improve sleep and manage stress. 

Mei has worked within the area of weight management since 2015 as a Senior Obesity Consultant Dietitian. Alongside her private nutrition and dietetic services, Mei works with a specialist digital healthcare provider to the NHS by helping patients to achieve diabetes remission. In addition, Mei is currently working towards obtaining a Level 2 certification in counselling skills.


Mei can support your health goals relating to:-

  • Weight loss

  • Emotional eating

  • Preventing type 2 diabetes

  • Stress management

  • Improved sleep

  • Emotional wellbeing and nutrition
